Returns & Refunds
All Sales Final
Because each item is made to order, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Wrong color or design choice
- Shipping delays outside of our control
Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
Items that arrive in the following condition may be replaced or refunded:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact merch@xbiz.com within 7 days of delivery.
Filing a Claim
To submit a claim, email merch@xbiz.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product
- A photo showing the issue (defect, misprint, damage)
- A photo of the packaging, if applicable
Once reviewed and approved, a replacement will be issued at no cost, or a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Claims reported outside of the 7-day window or lacking proper documentation may be denied.
Sizing Disclaimer
Detailed size charts are provided for all apparel. Because products are made to order, exchanges for sizing issues cannot be accommodated. If you are between sizes, consider sizing up.
Shipping Issues
Responsibility is not assumed for:
- Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
